Mr. Zhao specializes in all aspects of Chinese patent law, with particular emphasis on patent prosecution, strategic patent mining and portfolio layout, patent validity and freedom-to-operate analyses, as well as invalidation actions. He has substantial experience in the mechanical engineering field, especially related to home appliance technologies, where he provides end-to-end IP solutions to leading domestic companies.

His dual qualifications as a Chinese Patent Attorney and licensed Lawyer, coupled with his background as an R&D engineer, allow him to offer deeply technical and legally robust representation.
